Booking
You can book through the online calendar or by sending me a message. The online calendar shows available times, durations, prices and any booking fee. For bookings made by message, the time, duration, price and any booking fee are agreed separately.
When a booking becomes binding
A booking is binding once I have confirmed it.
Any booking fee is deducted from the total price of the meeting.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule a booking once free of charge when you notify me at least 24 hours before the booked time by WhatsApp, email or phone.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time, or if the person who made the booking does not arrive, any booking fee paid will not be refunded.

Before the booking is confirmed, I will provide information about any statutory right of cancellation, including its conditions, deadlines and how to cancel.
